Allie + Nick - Kananaskis Elopement

Ohhh these two; how do I even begin to express how happy I am to have had the chance to meet and get to know them over these last couple of months. Meeting Allie and Nick didn't feel like meeting strangers; rather, it felt like walking into a comfortable space and catching up with two people who I felt I had to have known for years prior, or perhaps in another lifetime even. When I heard that they were planning a true mountain elopement, just the two of them, I was honoured to be considered to join in on the celebration.

These two bring a sense of comfort and openness into any space that they occupy. They are laid back in the most incredible way, they have individuals as well as together-laughs that are so unbelievably contagious, and they share one of those stunningly strong, broken yet stitched up in the most incredible way, palpable loves that I just feel runs deeper than we can ever imagine.

Allie + Nick, we absolutely adore you both; thank you thank you thank you for allowing us to be a part of this day with you. Thank you for allowing Birdy to be there; she's so blessed that your marriage to one another was the first one she's even gotten to witness. We are so happy to have you in our lives from here on out.

Love, Kaihla (Mark & Birdy!)

Officiant: Young, Hip, and Married

Allie and Nick put together a rocky mountain elopement out in Kananaskis with nobody but themselves, their officiant, and Mark, Birdy, and I as their witnesses. I chose of my best spots for an intimate elopement as a location suggestion, and the rest was a wonderfully happy and laid back experience that I won’t soon forget.

I am officially taking inquiries + bookings for the entirety of the 2018 wedding season. Get in touch with me by filling out this form and we can set up some time to get together and chat more about your plans!!
