Pesto, Prosciutto + Honey Goat Cheese Pizza (on a Gluten Free Crust) - Recipe

Looking for a TASTY + easy meal to whip up tonight?? Craving pizza? (Who doesn't...)This pizza is hands down the best flavour combination that I've ever tasted. My sister and brother-in-law usually whip this up for a chill dinner night on homemade thin pizza crusts, but since eliminating gluten in the majority of my meals, I've found an alternative pizza base that is JUST as tasty as the original thin crust recipe. If you abstain from gluten in your diet, or have a celiac allergy and haven't yet tried the Kinnikinnick brand of frozen rectangular pizza crusts, then you definitely need to get your hands on these babies asap. **I believe they are also dairy free, BUT they do contain eggs. The only other ingredients that you'll need are: a packet of prosciutto, a jar of Classico pesto (this brand is one of my favourites for pesto!), and some honey-flavoured goat cheese.


Preheat your oven to 375 and layout your pizza crusts on a pan. Spread your pesto onto your crust (use however much you'd like! I like to smother mine with pesto, but Mark prefers to keep the layer thin). Top the pesto with hand-ripped prosciutto and crumbles of goat cheese. Cook your pizza for 8-10 minutes or until the edges of the crust/tops of the cheese get brown. Cut up & enjoy!
